I received this product on March 7, 2018 and since then I have found the material that prevents the litter from clumping is peeling away from the box leaving strands in the litter. Also the opening is very narrow it's great it's 5 inches from the bottom but when you have a large cat and he has arthritis as my guy does (which is why I purchased the box) it's not easy for him to get into because it's to narrow. I would not recommend this litter box for a large cat with arthritis plus what ever this material is that they are using to prevent the litter from clumping I don't feel comfortable finding pieces of it in the litter .
