Broke after 6 months
Super disappointing. It worked fantastic for 6 months then the temperature started fluctuating and eventually the iron was not able to heat up at all. For 230$ you get a “5 year warranty” THIS IS FALSE INFORMATION. Bio ionic demands that you send the iron into their company along with a 35$ fee and then they will assess whether or not they will replace the iron. I don’t recommend this product at all I was duped into spending 230$ on an iron that lasted 6 months.
