The absolute worst time a product fails on you is when you need it. I'm in Europe, taking pause to write this review, to warn people about its bogus promises. After my second time using the bag, I wondered why the bathroom and the scrubba was wet. I followed the directions to a T. It was "almost" successful the first time around during my trial run at home, but in Europe, it decided to break. Low and behold, the side air release thing has a crack! It has split, and even with the cap on, water is streaming out of it! So I have to use only one hand to scrub, and the other hand to try to manage the water stream. It's a very expensive product to be breaking so easily. I thought I was saving money and most importantly, TIME, but that notion has proved to be false. The sad thing is, I packed lightly, knowing I was going to wash my clothes frequently, so basically, this bag has ruined my trip and my plans! I wish I could send it back but by the time I'm back home, I would have gone over the 30 day return policy. I'm washing my clothes in a plugged up sink, going back to how I did it last year - and there's much less hassle now. No patent is pending on this old fashioned method.
