This water is ALKALINE and it has side effects like twitching, nausea, confusion, etc. All things NO water should have!! From an article about it, here's the list of possible side effects and risks of alkaline water
nausea.
vomiting.
hand tremors.
muscle twitching.
tingling in the extremities or face.
confusion.
I would NEVER order it again.
