These are 1-ply beverage napkins
There is no way these can be used as dinner napkins -- they are flimsy 1-ply napkins. The box even says they are beverage napkins, not dinner napkins. They are cheap so if you have any use for tissue-thin 1-ply napkins you might be able to use them.
