Horrible: These are RF Attenuators, not Antennas! Avoid, avoid!
Waste of money, unless you need a good 50 Ohm load. I'm an engineer who works in a Radio Frequency laboratory, and we purchased a couple of these antennas as inexpensive, general-use Wi-Fi antennas. We started out on a network analyzer and measured VSWR (S11), and these antennas looked terrific--great VSWR over a pretty broad frequency range, so we started out quite happy with our purchase. Then, figuring all was well, we swapped out our standard 1/4 wave monopole Wi-Fi antennas for these, and expected to see data rates (signal strength) increase, but instead, we lost the link--no Wi-Fi connection. After some head-scratching and troubleshooting, trying one antenna at a time to isolate the problem, we came to the conclusion that these antennas (both of them) behave much more like a 50 ohm termination than a 50 ohm antenna. They eat power, rather than transmit it. Had we purchased only one antenna, I would have figured that perhaps we got a bad one--manufacturing defect maybe. But with both antennas exhibiting similar abysmal performance characteristics, I'd say it's just a bad design (or a production-wide manufacturing defect). So if your Wi-Fi performance gets really awful after you use these antennas...er...attenuators...then this is likely why. Avoid these!
