Have ordered this product several times in the past, and always been very satisfied with the company and the high quality, however this time there was a a great number of mouse droppings all throughout the bag. I stopped counting after 30, but saw many more. I contacted the company (Starwest Botanicals) directly, as I thought they might want to be aware, gave them the identifying information on the bag, and was promised a call back after they investigated the Lot #, but never received any word back from them. This is supposed to be human-grade catnip you make tea with. I am very relieved I only intended to use it in catnip toys, and did not ingest any by mouth, but I did breathe the dust before I realized, which was somewhat disconcerting. Very disappointed in the product as well as the customer service.
