That was a huge mistake! When I did the two week Kangen Water test all my symptoms vanished and my wife and I were excited. I was dealing with several chronic issues that were beginning to interfere with my work and one incurable diseases lupus. I believed theses reviews and wanted to save 1000 dollars but shortly after getting my Life Ionizer I noticed my symptoms were coming back. I had convinced myself this machine was no different then the Enagic machine so I stayed drinking the water just increasing the amount. Well not only did things continue to get worse, I was in much more pain & discomfort then before and now I had a metallic taste in my mouth? I called the Enagic rep back and asked him what he thought. I thought he would be upset but he was very polite and understood us needing to save money. He explained that when his company took a life ionizer apart after getting a similar complaint they discovered heavy mold in all the lines and the plates were not medical grade titanium or even titanium because one plate was melted and the other plates were rusting. I was was pissed! He said he would bring me some 11.5 and 9.5 until I could get my money back and purchase an SD501. I was was surprised how nice he was and asked why he was so nice and he said it happened all the time? He said 10% of the people that try their water want to save money but eventually realize they are not getting the same results and come back to buy the real deal. He also explained if you don't have a way to manually clean the machine mold will build up in the lines and you will eventually get sick. I was 100% positive I was going to get my money back from Life Ionizers and I was shocked when they told me I was not eligible... I was pissed and we plan to sue because the salesman promised us they had a 100% money back guarantee, along with a life time warrantee. Nope! Not only did they not give us our money back but called us liars and hung up on us several times.. When I said I was recording the call the hung up immediately! So if your reading this trying to save a mere 1000 dollars over the real Japanese technology, that uses real medical grade titanium please save your self the heart ache. This has been a complete nightmare for us! Thank God I was able to find relief again with my new Sd501!
