My wife gives this four stars while I give it three, but as I am working through the kinks I lean toward the higher rating. The bases look like a quality piece of equipment and have great options. They come with the foot-long legs, so if you want a different size you will have to specifically request that. The massager is a bit quirky since it doesn't have a set timer but it seems to turn off arbitrarily from 10-20 minutes. It consists of a vibrator that is attached to the underside of the base at the foot and at the head, and it provides three different levels of intensity. The light is a bit bright for us but can easily be softened with some masking tape. The motors do have some whine to them, not too loud but can wake your partner up if they are sensitive to noise. My struggle has been with the mattress. I ordered the medium, but I must warn you that it is extremely soft. Even my wife who like a soft bed considers this too soft of a mattress (of course, this is all subjective). I tried to harden it with some firm latex toppers, but it did little. I am now in the process of replacing them with their firm option but it does cost significantly more than I expected for shipping. If I would have known, I would have purchased only the bed bases. Update: After six months, I came to dislike my base very much do to the loud creaks and squeals it makes when operating or when I turn in it (170lbs). My wife's base still functions pretty quietly, but I can't sleep well primarily due to all the noise it emits. There are other issues with an inconsistently running massager, but the noise is the primary concern.
