I bought this for my mother as a birthday gift. She had an old rollator she liked but it was heavy for me to lift in and out of the car. This one folds up great and stands when folded. However she has complained consistantly that it is hard to turn. I couldn't see a problem, finally today I took off the front wheels and held each up and spun them. One spins freely , the other barely spins. I guess we got a bum wheel. I would like to order a replacement wheel to see if we can make this roll smoother for her when turning. If we could do that Im hoping it would turn into a five star product.
