I have no doubt that the headphones that I ordered are quality headphones. The sound is amazing; however, after only three days, perhaps due to shipping & handling, the fast forward button inexplicably fell off. Now the the fast forward function is gone and the remaining two buttons, talk & rewind, are not functioning properly. I reached out to Beast Deal, who then passed me off to Monster, who, then, passed me off to HTC. Both HTC and Monster eventually pointed me back to Beast Deal. I have yet to get a follow-up response from Beast Deal; if I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours, I am simply going to purchase a new pair from a different seller, and consider this a big loss. However, if Beast Deal makes amends by providing me with a working pair of headphones, I will happily change this rating & review.
