In their apparent desire not to have to print instructions in multiple languages, all the instructions are brief pictures. And they're very, very poor for simple charging the razor, much less understanding how to use it. I've never seen such a poor set of instructions -- for the ordinary user, especially like me, a first time user, utterly incomprehensible. (Even their online instructions are visual only; it's the function equivalent of getting a recipe with no written descriptions of ingredients or methods, just pictures.) Awful and awfully disappointing.
