We are Halloween fanatics. I was really excited when I saw this decoration because there isn't anything like it on the market. Unfortunately it fell short for us. With it's hefty price tag I was expecting something I little higher quality. Here's a list of if things that just miss the mark: -After the stem is snapped on, it cannot be removed again, which means it will not fit in the box and is less easily store able, which is annoying for something that's going to be stored for 11 months of the year. -If you're using this item in the dark you can clearly see the square of light coming off of the projector. -The volume is nowhere near loud enough at it's highest setting. This is the most disappointing aspect for me. -The power cord is very short, maybe like 2 feet at the most. -This item is not waterproof and cannot be used on your front porch. -The instructions have a warning to shut the pumpkin off before unplugging, leading me to believe that there could be potential issues in the future. What if the power goes out? The pumpkin has a few cute songs but overall I would not have paid over $70 for this item if I had known what I was going to be receiving.
