I couldn't believe a company would sell their mascara like this - I don't know - either their quality control sucks or this is a fake from China. Extremely runny. You can't even use it. It's awful. I should have returned this thing for money back. I was so pissed, I threw it in the trash. DON'T BUY THIS STUFF!
