I purchased 2 of these chairs last year after reading so many positive reviews as both my husband and son are tall (6’5”) and sturdiness and back height were 2 of the critical features that appealed. I was pleased with my purchase initially...but after only a few months of light use the chairs are rusting terribly....even the underside of the tray is deteriorating. We use the chairs in our RV and follow the sun...Often they are stored for weeks...sometimes months...and never left out in the rain. I am beyound disappointed with the quality!! Given the price point I was expecting several good years of service...but instead I’m left feeling embarrassed when friends pop by to visit. In all honesty I’ve got $10 beach chairs purchased from Walmart over 20 years ago in better shape. Don’t waste your money. ( The photos were taken less than 6 months after delivery and my review is very late as I’ve been abroad for several months) **Update.** After taking photos of tags requested by the manufacturer no further contact has been made and NOTHING has been done in the form of replacement or compensation. This manufacturer clearly does not stand by their product and their aftersales service is non existent. I’m beyond disgusted! I will never purchase from this company again and I’ll make it my personal mission to spread the word so others don’t get stiffed.
