I'll have to admit I usually don't leave a negative review but I had to with this one. Not only is this toy made in China without saying so, which could mean any number of dangerous chemicals are in the paint your child will put in their mouth and suck on at the age this toy is intended for, but the main danger is the SUPER long thin string with the wooden caterpillar attached! It's like , almost 3 feet long! Long enough to wrap around and around and around a small child's neck and maybe even slit their throat if two children were playing with it and one pulled on it while the other had it on their neck. I have a couple other similar lacing toys like the cheese block and they all have strings of less than one foot which probably cant choke or slice a child. There is NO WAY this toy has passed USA toy regulations for safety, which means it could be made from anything. returning this one!
