CHARGED ME FOR RETURN $18.00 !!!!!!
I am a Prime member and regularly order from Amazon for so many reasons besides convenience. Returning this because: You can barely read the writing on the bag, and the small loop DOES NOT work on either United or American, which I used recently. 3 different planes - does not work. I ordered 2 of these bags and decided to keep one just to organize my items in my travel bag. The other one that was supposed to "hang" was returned for reasons mentioned. BUT they charged me half the cost of the bag as a "return fee"!??? Are you kidding? It is very lightweight and fit in a small envelope. I returned it because it was faulty, so there should be no return "fee". I AM OUTRAGED.
