Dangerous. Do not buy. Cable coating failed under moderate weight after about 80 sets. No way to see this coming. Tensile strength of cable coating insufficient for weight lifting applications. Do not buy this product. Luckily the metal cable jerked back at an angle and I was not under any of the weight. This is not user error - this is a failure in a critical component. Notice how the cable coating remains in the u-bolt. The cable coating failed at the first u-bolt causing the cable to shoot out and the thimble to fly off towards my face, striking me in the nose. A few inches to the left or right and I would have lost an eye. If you buy this item, you are putting your safety at risk. Buyer beware. Your eyesight is not worth a couple of hundred dollars.
