Initially I would rate this posture corrector a 3 at best. It was ok, It didn't do much, and I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again. But then the company reached out to me offering the new updated model for free if I could review this older model. This is how they described the older/this model to me "While the previous posture corrector dig into your arm, hurt your skin and are uncomfortable after 5 minutes" So, I complied with the review to try out the newer upgraded model at no charge. But after weeks of waiting (they said it would ship 2 day prime) and unanswered emails, I realized I was duped. They reached out to me, And I think this is a shady practice that doesn't belong on Amazon
