Major safety issue!!! First time using the hitch the set screw broke and the ball came directly out of the hitch!!! The issue with the hitch is the set screw is the only thing holding the ball in so when you are towing something driving down the road hitting bumps and everything on the road the trailer is pulling the ball up and down and the only thing holding the ball in is 1 set screw so all the weight and force is only on that set screw.
