Hi, We as a family have a lot of Nautica clothes and loved the brand until now. Every time I wash this product, it shrinks even with warm wash. At first I thought it will shrink only once, then washed again and it shrinks more. Now they are about 4 inches shorter with 3 washes. I directly contacted to Nautica as I didn’t want to write a bad review. I was emailed back by at least 5 different customer service representatives and they all say something different, plus they are not even aware of the communication of the other team members. I am very sorry what Nautica has become. I thought they were a good quality company who handles customers well. They worked very hard to completely change my positive opinion about them to negative.
