Don't Buy This Chair Until They Fix this Defect!
I see that I am not the first to report that the base broke from the legs! My question would be why hasn't the manufacturer (Gaiam) fixed this product problem? I have written to their customer service department and asked them to fix this problem. It may improve my review. But too many customers are reporting the same fault!
