I don't know what the factory in Thailand has changed when processing and canning WeRuVa cat food, but my cats will no longer eat this. They turn up their nose on every flavor. I wrote WeRuVa and explained the cans have a funnier smell and more than average "gel" on top. So much so, the contents have become soupy. I got the usual response, "We process out cat food at the highest quality....blah blah blah. They never addressed my individual concern. After wasting approximately $45.00 I stopped purchasing. This is not like I tried it once and quit. I had been feeding my cats this brand for over a year, but recently they have refused anything from WeRuVa brand. They lost me as a customer because they did not take my letter seriously. I could forgive a processing error, but I will not be treated will ill-regard and remain a customer.
