Third Update - Please Scroll To The Bottom Of The Review
I can get heart rate, BP and O2. I have no idea how to get the watch to use one of my photos for the watch face. There are NO instructions and I had to go to Amazon, check my orders to find the model of my watch. Then I had to search for it online.
I’ve had three fitbits in the past, and the last fitbit was a disappointment so I wanted to try another fitness tracker. I suppose I’ll like this tracker if I can figure out how to make it work. And if I can figure out how to make it work, it will be by accident.
The company has NO customer service. There’s a chat function, but it’s for decoration only. No one responds to the chat. The customer service is much like Apple’s customer service - non existent. If I wanted to be ignored and have no customer service, I’d have purchased an Apple Watch.
UPDATE: I heard back from the company so I've changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. . However, the instructions given can't be followed because there is no "dial library" on the app and there is no "+" for adding a photo. Overall, the fitness tracker works well. I think the sleep measurement is off a bit, but heart rate, SPO, and blood pressure seem accurate. Overall, it's worth what I paid.
UPDATE: The real rating is 0 stars, but that's not an option. I now have a decoration. The tracker won't charge and I'm asking for a refund.
SECOND UPDATE: I just received an email from the company telling me they will give me an Amazon gift card if I will delete my review. My reviews aren't for sale.
THIRD UPDATE: I've gotten two more emails offering me money to change my review. This company is as bad as their product.
