In 2011 I bought one of these. It WAS the best pillow I have ever owned. My wife stole this one and said it helped her sleep, So I ordered a new one. Got it and first hour my head sunk all the way in as if I had no pillow. I unzipped both pillows the next morning to compare them. What I found out is the new material is more porous and flattens out quickly, OOPs what a big mistake ISO -Cool has made, takes a special brand of stupid to turn the best pillow product on the market to trash in only a few years. I sent mine back hopefully the manufacturer gets the message.
