While this product is described as "Made in America", the bottles I received are embossed "Made in China". Even worse, after several washings, they're still giving off such a horrible chemical smell (like burnt tire rubber) that one of my dogs won't go near them, so I'm relunctant to use them. Given that the product is both defective and not as described, I am requesting a refund. Update: Given that this product was endorsed by O Magazine (and we all know Oprah doesn't endorse junk) I assumed that the horrible bottle I received was either a newer version or a counterfeit. I have since learned that the latter is the case, so I want to make it clear that my review should be treated as a reflection of my purchase experience and the product I received, and not the Highwave brand. When Amazon stops people from listing counterfeits, I will repurchase and revise my rating.
