Bad marketing for a huge price tag.
If you wanna sell something of this magnitude and at this price range it would behoove of you to really try and "sell" it. More pictures of the inside (both sides of the cottage) Maybe place something inside the house for size reference. Idk if it were me and i was asking 6 GRAND! I would make it feel like you were getting a great deal by showing off the craftsmanship and "living space"
