Permanently Incorrect Time
This is a nice clock. When you insert the battery, the hands automatically adjust to straight-up 12:00. The clock then waits to receive the radio signal with the correct time, and readjusts itself according to the correct time of day. When I inserted the battery in my clock, it adjusted itself to 12:02. When it received the radio time signal, the time was permanently two minutes fast. The seller sent me an email requesting a good review. I responded saying what my clock was doing, and asked what can I do about this? I didn't want to return the clock because it would require me to risk going out into the coronavirus-infected world to ship it back. After three weeks, I haven't received a response, so I assume the seller doesn't care. I presumed the clock was assembled incorrectly, so I took it apart to access the hands. I was able to remove the second hand on top, and the minute hand underneath, and proceeded to reset the clock to straight-up 12:00 by removing and reinserting the battery. After this process was completed, I carefully replaced the minute hand at the correct 12:00 position, followed by replacing the second hand the same way. Now the clock shows the exact time correctly, and works great. Too bad I had to fix it myself instead of the seller helping me out. Such is the world these days, I guess. So this is a nice clock if it was assembled correctly before shipping. Hope this helps someone else who has the same problem!
