I really wish I had read all the reviews before I started this book - would have made the ending a bit easier to take. I love books that are set in places I've been (lived in the Charleston area for 6 months while my ship was in dry dock) and was enjoying the old memories. Then the story fell apart. It's almost like a few ending chapters got left out when this book was converted from text to the Kindle E-Book format. Several bodies were never found, a VERY bad guy just surrendered without a fight, and I was left with more questions then answers. Like, why did the bad guy do what he did????? Very disappointed.
