Rec'd this for a Christmas gift. Started using it once a day for he next 39 days. Was really pleased with it. Then it started making a really bad noise and it was very hard to pedal. I stopped immediately. My husband took off the panel where the wheel is and found the belt was totally shredded. I contacted Amazon about a replacement of this item. I was told to contact Sunny Health. I did and was told they would send out a new belt that we would have to install ourselves. They also sent a video of the install. We didn't feel comfortable changing the belt, so we contacted Amazon again and asked if we can return it and get another one. We were told that we couldn't return it because it was out of the 30 day window for returns. Mind you, the belt broke on day 39. (we received the bike on Dec 24th and assembled it and started using it on the 26th) When we spoke to Sunny Health they said because we purchased it through Amazon we needed to work with them if we wanted to return it. Now we are stuck with a bike that is not working. I guess we will try to install the belt ourselves. BEWARE OF PURCHASING THESE KIND OF ITEMS THROUGH AMAZON.
