I bought a ring doorbell several months ago and have been satisfied with it. But the Floodlight Cam is worthless to me. Have tried chatting with ring support and their fall back is that my service provider is not providing enough mbps upload speed. Funny my other devices work just fine. There was never any indication in the literature that there might be problems if your WiFi upload speed dropped below 2mbps. Won’t record video, can’t set motion zones, floodlight remains on even when set to go off in 5 minutes.
