I purchased the Remington iPL Quartz after researching it and discovering that it had 30,000 pulses, however, I believe the supplier that supplied the item to Amazon made a model swap. The outer box had a removable cardboard sleeve, and sleeve seems legitimate (i.e Remington iLight ProPlusQuartz) however, the model in the box was actually the iPL6000 (the model # is on the back). The manual is what tipped me off because it's for the iPL6000 and states that the replacement cartridge has to be replaced after 1500 pulses (which the iPL6000Q has supposedly 30,000 pulses). I'm so disappointed because I've been waiting for this item to come down to a decent price. I'm waiting for Amazon to rectify this and find out what happened (on the supplier end) so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
