It is NOT a mirror like surface! I think aluminum foil is more reflective. Was hoping for more of a mirror effect. If you want to make giant mirrors, this is NOT the product for you. If you simply want to add a "metallic" finish to something, then this may work. In the picture attached, the top half of the window has the reflective surface, the bottom is just glass. Almost as much reflection in the glass.
