Where do I start? I've only had this card for 3 MONTHS! I applied for this card with my daughter as a authorized user and in the first 2 weeks of have the card it was a fraudulent place on my account. I called and sent all the information needed and NEVER got a call back or a letter back. They filed a late payment on my credit score but NEVER got back to me about how I would make a payment and NEVER sent me a bill to be able to pay for my first payment! After getting that handled they informed me that they would send a new card to me and my daughter and we would be able to use it again. The day I got it I went to walmart to buy some school supplies and the card got declined and after calling and getting everything straighten out AGAIN. I went back into walmart and got my transaction approved. Now on to today my chase account has been placed in fraudulent active AGAIN for who knows what?! I'm DONE with this credit card company! Planning to cash out my balance and shove this card in the bottom of my safe! Not worth all the phone calls, customer service,not worth the embarrassment of having a transaction decline, and also worrying about if my daughter was to use it and it being decline when she needs it the most!
