If regular vitamin C irritates your bowel (aka diarrhea) this one won't do the trick
I'm sure it is high quality Vitamin C but I think they messed up the liposomal part. Product looks much different than Dr. Mercola's and it definitely irritated my bowel. I spent $20 thinking I was saving money but I had to order the more expensive variety none the less plus spend another day on the toilet.
