Had HUGE safety issue!!!! Less than ZERO stars.
I purchased this product for an office, interior access. This product failed several times despite changing the batteries with brand new fresh ones, twice. Worked for a couple of times after installing new batteries. The final straw was when it locked us IN the office. Good thing I had a screwdriver available to take the door knob completely off. This is a safety hazard. Do not buy!!!!!
