Hello, I was looking for an on-the-go storage solution for my cold brew coffee, and I saw some of the critical reviews and decided to go with it anyways, big mistake. Firstly, the caps have a paper gasket that you need to remove to actually clean the bottle correctly as fluid gets above the gasket. When you remove the low quality paper gasket its basically destroyed. So now you have a cap with poor threading and no gasket, despite my efforts to tighten the cap as hard as possible without breaking it- it still leaks. Second, drinking from it is a bad experience. The fluid gets caught in the screws of the lip of the bottle, then runs down the side, so after every sip no matter how careful you are you need to wipe the bottle clean. Fluid gets trapped in the screws of the cap as well, so even if you wipe it clean the fluid in the cap will run down the side of the bottle after you've wiped the bottle clean. To sum it up, you have a bottle that isn't hygienic, doesn't seal properly, leaks everywhere, and the user experience to drink from it is bad... there's literally no upside to this bottle. This is just poor execution, poor engineering, poor design all around. What a terribly disappointing product. And now I probably can't return this because I took the unhygienic gaskets out once. Stay away, you've been warned.
