Bought it a few months ago. Battery was dead from day 1. Contacted renogys support team. The person replying to my emails gave me the run around. Told me to take it to my auto parts store to get it tested. I did and they told me they battery is no good. Reported back to renogy and they said they now wanted a picture of the results. I go back and and get it tested again and provide the picture. And the support person says he needs another zoomed out?!? I just provided a picture of the battery tester connected to the battery and its showing the results. Support person kept giving me the run around and stopped replying to my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BATTERIES!
