This item consists of 2 parts, the box spring and the cover. The boxspring part of the product is just fine and easy to assemble. However, as several other customers commented, the cover enclosed with our king sized bed boxspring didn’t even come close to fitting. I really didn’t think I needed the cover until the sheets wouldn’t stay tucked in with only the metal frame. I called the Zinus customer support number multiple times over a couple of weeks to request one that would fit. The recording makes you think they will answer but even after a lengthy hold time you end up having to leave a message and they never returned any of my calls. I order from Amazon a lot and have never had a single problem that was not resolved but when I contacted them, they said they could not send a “part” as it was packaged as two items and my only choice was to return the item. The box Is gone and it is a heavy time that required assembly with probably 20 metal pieces and 40 screws, so returning it is not very feasible. I would NOT purchase from this seller again!!!
