Definitely not the same as the seat pictured here. The picture shows the original Toto seat that shipped with the toilet. This one listed is the correct part number and replacement item, but Toto changed the design. The newer design is a cheap piece of junk. Yes it fits but it doesn't have the same overlap on the back and the housing that holds the hinge is cheaper and very sloppy, so the seat rocks from side to side. If you want the official Toto replacement this is it but it's junk. I called Toto customer support and that told me to love it or get lost. The original version hasn't been made for a couple years. Good luck finding one from old stock someplace.
