Disappointed. Very thin. The picture I uploaded is my current table pad on the left (purchased a few years ago at Costcofor about $10 more than this one.); this pad is on the right. As you can see from the pic, this pad is MUCH thinner. I would not trust it to protect my new table from heat. The padding is just not thick enough, and also not dense enough. I will be returning it. I wish the listings here would include a thickness measurement so a buyer could compare. Update: missed the return window. Stuck with it. Just washed it on gentle cycle. It shredded. I don’t recommend it. Obviously:(
