I was surprised to see that a migraine prevention supplement contains an ingredient that can trigger migraines. As a bonus, carageenan also can cause inflammatory bowel disease. To make matters worse, the photo of "other ingredients" provided by the company does not have this listed as an ingredient. I included a photo of my bottle, which does list it.
