If looking for water filtration system look for one that you can still buy filters for. This RO500 you can not get replacement filters for which makes it useless a waste of money. I have had mine since Feb 2021 started looking for replace filters in March and see they didn’t have them. I am now going into August and the FCF500 filter (CF) the one that last up to a year is already needing to be replaced. But as mentioned you cannot purchase them anywhere! I have called and emailed the company iSpring about replacement filters and there reply’s are non existent SUCK!! don’t return any email reply’s for filters but yet they continue to sell the RO500 on Amazon and there on website knowing you can’t get filters for the system. Well this now starting in Oct-2021 and this water system still has no filters for the RO500 not any I need the 6 month filter that only last less than 3 months DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM FROM ISPRING OR AMAZON THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THEY NEVER REPLY TO YOU OR EVEN CALL YOU BACK WHEN LEAVING MESSAGES. I RATE THIS COMANY A ZERO RATING. I HAVE OVER A 500 INVESTMENT THAT LASTED LESS THAN 3 MONTHS DUE TO FILTER AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE SINCE. I THINK I WILL CHECK TO SEE IF I CAN RETURN IT AND GET SOME OF THE MONEY BACK. DONT BUY THIS CRAP!!
