good luck. It lasted just past the return date and completely broke. The arm wouldn't lock in an outward position to load the towels. Not really that big of a deal, but an annoyance. Then it took two hands to remove the towels. Something inside broke(can hear a rattle) and the towel holder would barely turn. After taking it off the counter, I found a piece of black plastic underneath. I'm now back to setting the paper towels on the counter by themselves and am out $24. Bad product
