★★☆☆☆
Marginally Effective
If you like a less messy sinus rinse, then this does work. However, it creates a circuit flow by gently injecting in one side and sucking out the other, so the fluid takes the most direct and least resistant path. It does little to reach the frontal sinus cavities behind your forehead and cheeks even when clear. You cannot tip this device like a pot or bottle, or increase the flow rate so you're really only irrigating the lower maxillary sinus and the canal between. The manufacturer's own diagram is actually quite accurate.
It's an expensive device that wants you to use their proprietary salt pods to turn it on. For $14 or less I recommend a pot or squeeze bottle using plentiful inexpensive saline packets from your local drug store for a more thorough irrigation and less hardware to clean and dry.
I will give this a few more tries, but it may get returned.
