For the first few uses this little cleaner worked beyond our expectations. After 4 or 5 times in the pool it began working intermittently and was difficult to turn on. Now after only 6 or 7 uses it has failed completely. I pulled out the warranty information, and find that we can only return it if it's in the original box it came in. What BS. I don't know too many people who fill their house up with original packaging after they purchase something. So, this piece of worthless plastic will go to the landfill, and we'll have to find a better cleaner somewhere else. Don't waste your money. Update. I opened it up just make sure we didn't have a loose wire or something. You can see in the pictures that the insides have pretty much corroded away. When I took the top off, nasty rusty water poured out of it. I'm pretty sure this is not how this is supposed to work. Still trying to contact customer service.
