I received the Western Digital Hard drive and it was dead on arrival. The Amazon Marketplace dealer would not replace the unit, but told me to get in touch with Western Digital. I did. They said they would send me a replacement unit AND a box to return the defective unit. Frankly, Western Digital lied to me. I received a REFURBISHED (USED) different model which also immediately failed, NO return box, I was to return it and PAY for postage both ways. I have nothing and am out $26. I was told, in my last conversation, that all replacements from WD were refurbished.
