Not sure what’s in the spray bottle and I’m not sure what I’d does. My guess is that it’s about 95% water. It doesn’t appear to do anything with finger prints except highlight where the are. The combination of spray and brush does capture dust but creates so much static on the record the its difficult to remove the little pile of dust you made off of the surface of the record. The worst thing about this product is that the brush edges that you grasp to clean the record is rounded. This design causes the brush to flip out of your grasp while your cleaning potentially causing serious damage to your vinyl record. There must be a better way...
