I purchased this product last year. The infomercial made it seem fantastic. What a joke. The makeup is heavy and sticky, such as what would occur when foundation is frozen and thawed. When applied, it settles into pores and wrinkles and looks awful. I suppose you could use it for a Halloween mask. That's what it feels like. Customer service tried to say that I was not knowledgeable in product use, even though I had the video and written instructions, which I followed to the letter! I returned the product, according to instructions, only to be told a month later that it was never recieved. There was no refund, not even an apology. I am going to warn my hundreds of facebook friends, and every woman in my family, that in my opinion, they should avoid this horrid product at all costs. I notice the infomercials are back on the air since it is nearing the holidays again this year.
