I have read and really enjoyed all the previous books in this serious. After several years with no new Tubby Dubonnet books I was delighted to find this new addition to the series. Unfortunately, it seems as if the author is going along with other authors who are only now writing for the money and could care less about their readers. This book ends right in the middle with nothing whatever resolved. It is clearly a ploy to force readers to buy the next book in the series, whenever that comes out. Sorry, but I don't like to be manipulated. So this is my last book in this series, and my last book by this author. If enough of us do this, perhaps these authors will stop treating us like fools.
